Return and Exchange Policy
Customers can request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving the product. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Note: Items marked as "final sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
Sale and promotional items are excluded and are subject to our standard return/exchange policy.
Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is processed. If your order is canceled within this period, you will receive a full refund.
Unfortunately, if the product has already been shipped, we won’t be able to cancel your order.
Conditions for Returns/Exchanges
- All returned items must be in their original retail condition—unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all tags still attached.
- Items must be returned with their original boxes.
- All items must be returned in a single package.
- Returns/exchanges must be made using the same shipping service as the original delivery.
- We only accept returns/exchanges from the country where the order was originally shipped. For example, orders delivered to the U.S. must be returned from the U.S.
- Personalized items cannot be returned.
- Unfortunately, returns/exchanges are not free. (Import and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.)
- For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on underwear, certain jewelry, makeup, or skincare products. Swimwear and underwear can only be returned if the hygienic seal is intact.
- Naturally, any defective items can be returned.
We reserve the right to reject returns or exchanges if the product shows signs of wear, use, or alteration from its original condition.
You will be notified if we decide to reject your return/exchange, and you may opt to have the product returned to you at your own cost.
How to Return an Item or Entire Order
Step 1: Contact our customer service team to begin the return process. Provide the following details:
- Order number
- Date received
- Video or photo of the defective product
Step 2: Return your receipt along with the item(s) in their original packaging.
Step 3: Complete three copies of the invoice return form. Place all three copies in a transparent envelope and attach it to the package without sealing it. These documents are required for customs clearance, so please ensure all three copies are included.
Step 4: Hand over the package to the courier. Once the courier verifies the return, seal the package securely.
Return Fees
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Shipping fees will not be reimbursed by ncxvbx.online in the case of returns.
After your package arrives at our facility, please allow 5-10 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the specified conditions, the package will be sent back to you at your expense. Once your return is approved, a refund will be issued, and you will receive confirmation via email.
